Okay – I’ll admit it. I am a Twitter virgin. Yes, this is new territory for me. Not for lack of understanding but simply because I was always pressed for time and could not understand how Twitter could make my life any easier. So, I approached Twitter much the way I approach everything else in my life. I did lots and lots of research. What is Twitter?

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows you to send and read other people’s text-based posts (maximum of 140 characters in length), fondly referred to as “tweets”. These posts are displayed on your Twitter profile page and delivered to others who have signed up to receive them (your followers).

Twitter Tools You Should Know About
